You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting users with booking-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth positive experience across all communication channels.

What Youll Do

Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat

Booking Assistance : Support customers with reservations changes cancellations and payments

Problem Solving : Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Quality & Accuracy : Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures

High-Volume Interaction : Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care

Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards

What Youll Bring

Language Skills : C1 / C2 level of Dutch and good level of English

Customer-First Mindset : Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience : Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

Flexibility : Willingness to work rotating shifts
