Responsibilities & Skills

Accountabilities :

  • Directly manage Lattice Sales activities in Central European Region and accociated Select / Strategic Accounts & Distribution.
  • Build positive business relationship at all levels in the assigned accounts and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Effectively position Lattice products against competition
  • Discuss business opportunities at block diagram level, qualify the business potential and drive the available technical resources in oder to win the design.
  • Participate in Annual and quarterly Sales Planning definition goals, strategy, tactics and actions to achieve the expected results.
  • Responsible for forecasting revenue on the assigned accounts
  • Experiance in active component Sales (. uC, FPGA)

Required Skills :

  • BS / MS / PhD Electronic Engineering or related
  • 3+ years sales management experiance with relevant Accounts, Distributors
  • Extensive understanding of competetive FPGAs and ASSP or Microprocessor design alternatives
  • System knowledge of industrial and connectivity applications
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups and multiple levels
  • Must be detailed oriented with good customer service skills
  • Fluent in German and English
