Job Opportunity : Investment Professionals – Frankfurt, Germany (On-site)

Our client leading Private Equity firm actively seeking experienced Investment professionals to join their team in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a background in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or Private Equity(buy-side), looking to make a significant impact on high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deal Sourcing : Identify, evaluate, and pursue investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis for potential investments.
  • Due Diligence : Lead and manage the due diligence process, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Transaction Execution : Support the entire deal lifecycle from evaluation to closing.
  • Portfolio Management : Monitor portfolio companies' performance, contributing strategic insights for value creation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Interface with senior leadership, clients, and external advisors.

Key Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking , strategy consulting , or private equity (buy-side).
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel .
  • Native or fluent German and English .
  • Solid understanding of the German market and experience with mid-market transactions.
  • A degree in finance , economics , or related field from a recognized institution.
  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
