Intern / working student (m / f / d) Learning and Development

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as intern / working student (f / m / d) learning and development. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

Support the team setting up RFA‘s learning and development project
Develop training material, modules, and courses designed to meet learning

needs and organizational objectives

Create interactive and responsive e-learning content using LUMI

Support the team in managing and maintaining RFA‘s LMS

Support the onboarding process of new employees

Update presentations and handbooks

Schedule events, meetings and support in general HR office tasks ( travel

costs, IT equipment)

Your Qualifications

Bachelor or master study in communications, human

resources, business, work psychology, or related discipline

Work experience in HR and learning topics desirable

Experienced in using instructional applications, e-learning authoring tools,

and multimedia technologies (we will work with SCORM packages) is preferred

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design

methodologies, and training evaluation techniques

Autonomous and structured way of working

Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork

Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in

English)
