Intern / working student (m / f / d) Learning and Development

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as intern / working student (f / m / d) learning and development.

Your Tasks

• Support the team setting up RFA s learning and development project
• Develop training material, modules, and courses designed to meet learning

needs and organizational objectives

• Create interactive and responsive e-learning content using LUMI
• Support the team in managing and maintaining RFA s LMS
• Support the onboarding process of new employees
• Update presentations and handbooks
• Schedule events, meetings and support in general HR office tasks ( travel

costs, IT equipment)

Your Qualifications

Bachelor or master study in communications, human

resources, business, work psychology, or related discipline

• Work experience in HR and learning topics desirable
• Experienced in using instructional applications, e-learning authoring tools,

and multimedia technologies (we will work with SCORM packages) is preferred

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design

methodologies, and training evaluation techniques

• Autonomous and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork
• Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in

English)
