Track and Analyze Sales Metrics : Monitor revenue, MRR, and churn performance across various segments and verticals; provide clear and actionable sales results to management
Evaluate Sales Activities : Keep a close eye on key sales input metrics, including the number of calls, appointments, orders sent, and conversion rates, to ensure optimal performance
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create and implement action plans to enhance sales performance, identifying innovative strategies to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with Finance for Accurate Forecasting : Work closely with the Finance team to accurately forecast short-term and medium-term revenues, and contribute to the budget planning process
Enhance Sales Performance Reporting : Partner with the BI team to refine Sales Performance KPIs and reporting mechanisms, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Boost Efficiency and Effectiveness : Strive for continuous improvement in sales efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing organization, incentive models, processes, tools, and other leverage points, in collaboration with the Sales Processes & Effectiveness team
