Job Description
Main areas of responsibility & ownership
- Track and Analyze Sales Metrics : Monitor revenue, MRR, and churn performance across various segments and verticals; provide clear and actionable sales results to management
- Evaluate Sales Activities : Keep a close eye on key sales input metrics, including the number of calls, appointments, orders sent, and conversion rates, to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create and implement action plans to enhance sales performance, identifying innovative strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Finance for Accurate Forecasting : Work closely with the Finance team to accurately forecast short-term and medium-term revenues, and contribute to the budget planning process
- Enhance Sales Performance Reporting : Partner with the BI team to refine Sales Performance KPIs and reporting mechanisms, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Boost Efficiency and Effectiveness : Strive for continuous improvement in sales efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing organization, incentive models, processes, tools, and other leverage points, in collaboration with the Sales Processes & Effectiveness team
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
- Project Management : You are skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful completion
- Language Proficiency : You are fluent in German and English ( both written and oral ); proficiency in French is an added advantage
- Technical Skills :
- You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, using advanced functions and formulas
- You have basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Presentation Skills : You have strong presentation skills, capable of creating clear and engaging slides in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Business Acumen : You possess comprehensive knowledge of business operations and strategic thinking
- Interpersonal Skills : You can effectively interact with diverse profiles, including top management, sales teams, and finance departments
- Data Analysis : You are competent in analyzing complex sales data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
- Organizational Skills : You are highly organized, with a focus on rigor and timely delivery
- Communication Abilities : You have excellent written and oral communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information exchange
