This is what you can do :

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for specialised operators, including emergency services, humanitarian organisations and other special mission areas
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in government and specialist organisations
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the specialised operations sector, including government tenders and projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client requirements
  • Keep informed of procurement trends and market developments within the Special Operations sector
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences and position it as a trusted partner in the specialised operations sector.

You’ll bring this with you :

  • Experience with aircraft solutions or related industries / OEMs
  • Proven experience working with specialist operators, including humanitarian organisations, emergency services and other special mission areas
  • Proven success in managing complex sales processes, including experience with government projects and tenders
  • In-depth understanding of the procurement processes and requirements of government and specialist organisations
  • Strong network and established relationships within the special operations and government sector
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in English; German and other languages will be considered a strong asset
