Location : Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Mannheim

Program Overview :

This 12-month rotational program offers a comprehensive introduction to IT recruitment, sales, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience across four key business areas while building a foundation for long-term career growth in IT consulting and staffing. After this period a sales position is available.

Rotation Phases :

Months 1-4 : Recruitment

  • Source and recruit IT experts using diverse methods.
  • Conduct phone interviews and prepare expert profiles for client presentations.

Months 5-7 : Sales and Marketing

  • Conduct market research and implement client acquisition strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and develop innovative outreach methods for potential clients.
  • Months 8-9 : Operations Management

  • Learn about contract types and performance monitoring.
  • Manage deals independently and maintain expert-client communication.
  • Months 10-12 : Sales

  • Support sales staff during client meetings.
  • Conduct initial meetings and establish your personal client portfolio.
  • Qualifications : Required :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Political Science, Sports Management, or similar (minimum GPA : 3.0).
  • German language min C1
  • Valid residence permit
