Responsibilities:
- As part of our global service team, you will support the Oberwihl location in all issues that can only be solved locally
- Your area of responsibility includes the office and production areas
- Ensuring productivity at the site, supporting digitization on site, by phone and remote access
- Working in a global solution team as part of our Corporate Service Desk (follow the sun) - with your expertise you can solve problems independent of the location
- Development of the required expertise for global support (e.g network, server, Microsoft 365, access administration, output management)
- Management of Incident reports, service requests, if necessary correct escalation to the next higher service level support
- Support for local networks and infrastructure components as well as documentation of assets
- Installation, maintenance and replacement of clients, printers, computer peripherals
- Collaboration with colleagues from other teams and countries using modern tools
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the field of helpdesk / service desk / IT user support of a manufacturing company
- Strong analytical skills, strong communication and organizational skills
- Good English and German language skills, written and verbal
- Experience with LAN, WAN, Desktop PCs, applications and operating systems
Knowledge and Experience:
- Enjoy a diverse work environment with local office and production clients
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office packages (e.g. Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Networking and understanding of DHCP / DNS / WINS / TCPIP / GPO
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes as well as experience and joy in working with ticket systems
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems and understanding of Active Directory and Azure Cloud
