We are seeking a collaborative and innovative QA Lead (f / m / d) to champion quality and lead Quality assurance across the organization. If you have a passion for software testing methodologies, a knack for inspiring teams, and the drive to elevate quality throughout our development lifecycle, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join us.

Your Impact :

  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture focused on growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Take a proactive leadership role in partnering closely with development teams, ensuring the seamless integration of quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
  • Design and drive the implementation of strategic test plans , advanced test infrastructure, and cutting-edge automation frameworks to set new benchmarks in quality.
  • Ensure that industry standards and best practices in QA processes are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Lead risk assessments and guide the team in prioritizing testing efforts to achieve the greatest impact on product quality.
  • Communicate actionable insights on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
  • Champion the use of customer feedback to continually refine and elevate testing practices and product quality.
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize QA processes, contributing significantly to the product’s overall success.
  • Keep the team ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.

Required Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity , demonstrating a strong ability to guide teams and improve overall product quality.
  • Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams .
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration / delivery pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated leadership in their application.
  • Experience leading performance testing and security testing efforts to ensure robust, secure products.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and Linux.
  • Strong leadership in problem-solving , with the ability to make decisive, strategic choices under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead the team in adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for driving excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of product delivery.
  • Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools, with exceptional self-motivation and time management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fully distributed, matrixed work environment.
