We are currently assisting our long-standing partner, a renowned fiduciary based in Luxembourg close to the Luxembourg train station, in their search for their future (Senior) Compliance Officer.

Our partner provides its clients with expertise in Accountancy, Tax, Fund Administration, Corporate governance and Compliance and have developed quite a loyal client portfolio.

As a result, the company is today represented by approximately 30 collaborators, which will allow you to be in contact with a diversity of profiles and to be able to learn from everyone around you.

As (Senior) Compliance Officer, you will take on a real challenge here as you will participate in the set-up of the compliance department in close collaboration with the upper management.

This means that you will be integrated easily in their team and participate to team building activities and discussions, which will improve your sense of belonging.

By joining our esteemed partner, you will have a real 360 view on Compliance, and not only be limited to AML / KYC for example, and have the chance to assist a varied client base of Investment funds, SPV, SOPARFI, Securitization vehicles and so on.

Your Responsibilities Compliance Officer Compliance Regulatory Legal - Fiduciary

• You will be involved in implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
• You will conduct compliance due diligence for both new and existing clients, in order to limit the exposure to compliance risks.
• You will be in charge of setting up the Compliance department with the Head Of, meaning that you will have ample liberty and autonomy in setting up strong policies.

Profile and Career Path Compliance Officer Compliance Regulatory Legal - Fiduciary

• With at least 3 years of experience as Compliance Officer, including ideally an experience in a Big Four, you have acquired a good sense of autonomy.
• You have ideally been exposed to SPVs and ideally investment funds as well.
• A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
• You have an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
• You are seeking for a structure that supports your growth in a healthy workplace, allowing you to deepen your skills and knowledge in the long term.
