Job Description / Responsibility

About Us

Hector Technologies is a Dhaka-based commercial consulting firm, serving as the local representative of Union Systems Limited (UK) and Union Recruitment DOO (Croatia).

What we are looking for Dental Surgeon including :

  • General Dentists
  • Orthodontists
  • Prosthodontists
  • Periodontists
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
  • Endodontists
  • Pediatric Dentists
  • Dental Radiologists

Key Responsibilities (may vary depending on employer policy)

  • Conduct oral examinations and diagnoses
  • Perform treatments including cleaning, fillings, extractions, and surgical procedures
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate dental records
  • Comply with EU healthcare standards and safety protocols

    • Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
  • Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., DDS, MDS, MSc in Dentistry) are an advantage
  • Skills Required : Client Relationship Management, Hospital management, Problem solving and decision making, patients take care, Observation and recommendations capability with risk assesment

    • Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) :
  • Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous body,NGO,Hospital,Diagnostic Centre,Clinic,Healthcare Startup

    • Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in dentistry
  • Experience in private clinics, hospitals, or international settings is a plus

    • Language Requirements

  • Minimum English Level : B1
  • Proficiency in Italian or German is an advantage
  • Following a positive first interview, candidates might proceed with Italian or German language training.

    • Terms & Conditions (may vary depending on employer policy)

  • Contract : Minimum 6 months (extendable) with potential for permanent employment
  • Working Hours : 40 hours / week (8 hours / day); on-call / overtime compensated
  • Leave : 30 days paid annual leave + public holidays
  • Visa : Long-term “D” visa; EU Blue Card support may be available
  • Other Benefits : Family / spouse visa support, pension contributions
  • Visa Processing Time : Approx. 6 months
  • Service Fee : Payable only after visa approval
