Your area of responsibility :

Advising the departments in the EMEA region in all legal matters (with an emphasis on the marketing-, sales and procurement department)
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating of contracts and other legal documents in the EMEA region (with an emphasis for the departments above)
Supervision, coordination and monitoring of litigation and court proceedings, both nationally and internationally
Functioning as interface between the external data protection officer and the marketing-, sales- and procurement department
Monitoring and further development of contractual and legal standards within the company
Support of other members of the EMEA Legal Team if necessary

Your profile of qualification :

You have successfully graduated with the first state exam of a German university and ideally with the German second state exam

You ideally have initial professional experience in a legal department of an international company or an international law firm

You have a profound knowledge of commercial and distribution law and ideally of unfair competition law

You are fluent in written and spoken English and German

Your entrepreneurial mindset combined with your structured and precise way of working and your quick perception make your profile complete
