A major European real estate group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex refurbishment and repositioning projects across its commercial portfolio in and around Leipzig. This is a delivery-focused role with end-to-end responsibility—managing planning, execution, and handover, with a strong emphasis on cost control, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment.
Your Impact
- Oversee complex refurbishment and fit-out projects for existing buildings (“Bauen im Bestand”)
- Manage day-to-day construction activity—from feasibility to final handover
- Coordinate external planners, contractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, contracts, and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to HOAI phases and German building regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for operational teams, suppliers, and consultants
