Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams in DACH, the EU, and India to enhance our digital and events presence.
  • Work closely with commercial partners to execute joint marketing campaigns and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adapt digital and physical marketing strategies to boost both lead quantity and quality.
  • Explore new avenues to increase product awareness in the region.
  • Establish connections with platforms and industry organizations to enhance Zoho's brand and lead generation in the specified territory.
  • Lead the development and publication of various product-related marketing materials, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and webinars.
  • Progress into a marketing expert who comprehends marketing dynamics in the designated territory over time.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in the technology or software sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Strong German writing skills for content creation (blogs, white papers, presentations, brochures).
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must for this role.
  • This position involves 20-30% travel time.

    Requirements

    A passion to work with technology. Team-player : Able to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way. Customer empathy and strong customer-facing skills via excellent communication. Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback. Proven work experience of 3-5 years as Account Manager or relevant role in a technology / ICT company Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience or background with business software Experienced in managing customer expectations while working with internal teams and stakeholders while listening to customers and showing empathy Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail
