Store Manager at Masha's Bagels

Masha's Bagels & Delicatessen, a modern deli and bagel shop in Alt-Treptow, is looking for a Store Manager to assist with our growth and expansion. In this role, you would manage the day-to-day operations of running and growing the business.

Tasks

Your tasks would include shift scheduling, training and hiring new team members, ordering and inventory, organizing catering jobs, and other tasks pertaining to the normal day-to-day customer service-related aspects of the job including service and kitchen work.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position in the food service or hospitality industry
• Experience with food service and high-volume restaurants / cafes
• A love of bagels is preferred, but at minimum, a knowledge of NYC delis and bagel shops
• Full availability on weekends during the day and a flexible schedule
• Both English (fluency) and German skills (B2 or higher)
