Head of Operations (m / f / d) – Cargo Drone Start-Up
We are looking for a Head of Operations to establish and oversee our cargo drone operations in our young and dynamic aviation start-up. From setting up operational structures to ensuring seamless execution, you will play a key role in shaping the future of autonomous logistics.
Your Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational processes for cargo drone services
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and efficiency in all operations
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team
- Optimize logistics, fleet management, and mission execution
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence
