We are looking for a highly motivated, business-driven individual to join our team and target key partners in the German-speaking markets. This is not your typical Account Executive role — we are seeking someone with a strong business development mindset, who will not only focus on converting qualified opportunities into Enterprise clients but also build long-term relationships with them as you transition into a key point of contact. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales DACH, you will play a pivotal role in generating your own leads, closing deals, and driving Brevo's growth within the enterprise segment. Your proactive approach and ability to nurture customer relationships will be key to Brevo's success in this exciting and evolving role!
As Account Executive at Brevo, you will :
- Grow Brevo's revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts
- Maintain a monthly sales target and achieve total quotas quarterly
- Add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
- Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes

You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus).You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles.You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption.You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes.You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals.You excel in written and spoken communication in both German and English (any additional language is a plus).You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment.What we offer :
