What you'll do
The role is to support the Alumni team by
- analyzing the needs of the Alumni via interviews and surveys
- supporting the Alumni and our internal customers whenever they have questions
- organizing exciting virtual and onsite events
- working on communication assets like newsletters
- help maintaining and further developing our LinkedIn-like SAP Alumni portal
- Support managing an innovative HR strategic program in all facets like strategic goal definition, derivation of deliverables, performance measurement, stakeholder communication, continuous improvement and goal adjustment etc.
You will get the opportunity to broaden your network, learn how to manage projects as well as professional communities and gain insights into a leading-edge SaaS portal platform.
What you bring
- Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study : Management and Technology
- Computer skills : Familiar with social media and office applications, Jira and mural as a plus
- Language skills : Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills : agile mindset, design thinking attitude
- Location : European time zone, preferred Mannheim / Heidelberg area

The SAP Alumni Relations team orchestrates a growing network consisting of currently 33.000+ former and current SAP employees.
Many former SAP employees joined SAP customers and partners. To stay in contact with them is an excellent opportunity for SAP to develop business, create brand ambassadors and regain talents.
The SAP Alumni enjoy maintaining and strengthening their network.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
