Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Fiduciary – Payroll

  • You should manage the entire payroll process for your clients.
  • As a Payroll Officer you are expected to ensure that payroll slips are accurate and personalized according to client requests.
  • You are expected to oversee the proper administration of employee-related matters, including maternity leave, parental leave, and other absences .
  • Our partners expects you to maintain effective communication between employees and management.
  • Additionally, you should ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations in Luxembourg.

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Fiduciary – Payroll

  • Our partner is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg .
  • You should be fluent in English and French. Any additional language will be considered a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented , ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
  • Strong soft skills and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued by our partner, making them key factors in selecting the ideal candidate.br>
  • Offer | Accounting – Fiduciary – Payroll

  • Our partner is prepared to offer a salary of up to €75,000 gross per year , depending on your experience and the value you bring to the team.
