Market Research

Conduct research to identify target companies and industries relevant to the search. Analyze market trends and provide insights into potential talent pools.

Candidate Identification

Utilize active sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates.

Database Management

Assist in updating and managing the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Organize and categorize candidate profiles for easy retrieval.

Document Preparation

Support in creating and updating essential Headhunting documents, including target lists, long lists, and short lists. Prepare dynamic and engaging candidate profiles for presentation to clients.

Recruitment Channel Activation

Assist in activating recruitment sources, such as posting targeted job opportunities on platforms like LinkedIn and relevant business schools.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between potential candidates and the Headhunting team. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for all parties involved.

Reference Checking

Support in the reference-checking process by contacting referees and compiling reference reports.

Report Development

Assist in developing comprehensive Headhunting reports, integrating evaluation tools and interview insights for a holistic view of candidates.

Candidate Presentation

Contribute to the preparation of candidate presentations, showcasing their strengths in a manner that aligns with client expectations.
