We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAssociate Director Procurement CDMO / CMOto join our Global Procurement team. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, driving procurement strategies across both category and program dimensions in the field of Protein-based modalities. The role acts as a strategic coordinator across multiple projects, ensuring seamless cross-category coordination and alignment with long-term business goals as well as a visionary leader of a team consisting of program managers. The role reports to the Director Program & Production Procurement.

Your responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Demand :

• Drive the development and implementation of category strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders, such as CMC, ESO, Supply Chain, Product Supply, MS&T and QA
• Identify and assess global business needs, proactively engaging with the business to achieve company objectives
• Manage demand and identify opportunities for cost optimization and procurement process improvements
