Position Overview :

We are looking for an SAP Sales Executive & Business development Manager with an entrepreneur mindset . Excellent opportunity to join an established global consultancy expanding their presence across Europe.

To plan and carry out sales activities and identify new clients, to build and develop sales of SAP Services to medium and large corporations.

To develop relations specifically within the SAP market in the region and work closely with our Managing Director Europe and global SAP Experts to deliver Projects and Managed Services with an Offshore or Hybrid delivery model.

Traditional consulting sales teams focus on understanding client needs and positioning offerings as solutions. Typical outputs include well-crafted proposals and statements of work (SOW).

Gyansys fundamentally differs; outside of identifying needs and solutions, we attempt to redefine needs and possibilities, inspiring organizations to drive change.

The individuals at Gyansys who thrive in this role are deep technology generalists (a strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, CRM, etc), coaches who advocate for their clients, focusing on building long-lasting relationships.

With an ingrained sense of curiosity, they put the team ahead of themselves and are driven to have a huge impact on the results of the company and their clients.

You will expand Gyansys' relationships with SAP by engaging directly with their enterprise sales teams.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

  • Building and Developing relations within the SAP market in the region
  • Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition and responsible for new business.
  • Responsible for building pipeline and follow up sales leads
  • Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions, work closely with our global Experts
  • Work on large deals / hunting and bid process for the targeted customer
  • Execute internal / external Marketing activities and research required for business development
  • Travel for sales activates and build personal relationship with prospects and customers

What you bring to be successful :

  • 5-15 years’ experience in selling Consultancy Services and Solutions for SAP
  • Experienced as Hunters / Farmers for Enterprise customer 500M -10B EUR / CHF
  • Existing relationships with IT Directors / C-level Executives
  • Know-how and ability to offer Offshore & Hybrid delivery Models
  • Business fluent in German and English
