Tasks

To create a structure we divide your responsibilities into two parts :

1. Campaign Management (Digital Marketing)

  • Creation of campaigns including targeting settings and tracking parameters
  • Monitoring and optimization of ongoing campaigns
  • Development of textual and visual advertising content

2. Ad Operations & Technical Aspects

  • Troubleshooting technical or ad serving related challenges
  • Management and processing of users in the companys own products and programs
  • Creation of reports as well as data and performance analyses
  • Internal services and interface for other departments

    • Requirements

  • Degree with a commercial focus
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Ad Operations campaign management digital marketing or another related field
  • Enthusiasm for mobile games and online topics
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Affinity for numbers and data
  • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new concepts
  • A proactive thorough and independent way of working
  • High level of interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in German (C1 level); English is a plus

    Please note : this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday! : )
