Role Overview :
As a Founder's Associate at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team with a variety of business-related initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the founders, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
We're looking for someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a tangible impact. Prior experience in startups, MedTech, or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and drive strategic initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business development and growth strategies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
- Contribute insights to product development discussions, reflecting market trends and needs.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.
- Play a key role in marketing and market access initiatives.
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A keen interest in startups and the MedTech space.
- Strong ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an asset.
- Experience in a startup environment, MedTech, or US SaMD market is a significant plus.

Qualifications :
