YourResponsibilities
As Senior Director of ProductManagement, you will set and champion the product vision forDocuWare, driving a customer-centric strategy that aligns withbusiness objectives and delivers exceptional value to ourcustomers. You will lead and empower your teams to achieveoutstanding results, fostering innovation and ensuring scalabilityfor long-term growth. Partnering closely with UX and Engineering,you will spearhead transformative initiatives that redefine howbusinesses worldwide leverage DocuWare to achieve theirgoals.
- Define and drive the productstrategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, markettrends, and evolving customer needs in collaboration with UX andEngineering leaders.
- Mentor and develop ProductManagement Team Leads, building high-performing teams and fosteringa culture of innovation, accountability, andcustomer-centricity.
- Drive organizationalgrowth by refining processes, enhancing skills, and building ascalable structure to support long-term product and engineeringexcellence.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing,Support, and Product Marketing to ensure the product strategydrives adoption, competitive differentiation, and measurablebusiness impact.
- Use customer feedback, marketanalysis, and performance metrics to prioritize initiatives, guidedecisions, and continuously improve the productportfolio.
- Champion a customer-first mindset byrepresenting the voice of the customer in strategic decisions,ensuring every initiative delivers exceptional value and userexperiences.
What youneed to succeed
10+ years in productmanagement within the software industry (ideally ECM), including atleast 5 years in senior leadershiproles.Proven success in leading and developingcustomer-centric product teams, managing leaders, and scalingproduct organizations to achieve businessgoals.Demonstrated ability to manage diversesoftware product portfolios from concept to market success,aligning initiatives with broader companyobjectives.Strong business sense, with theability to tie product strategy to Go-To-Market plans, ensuringsuccessful execution and measurableresults.Expertise in product management bestpractices, tools, and methodologies, with familiarity in leveragingOKRs to guide and measure outcomes.A proventrack record as a change agent, driving continuous improvement andenabling teams to thrive in dynamicenvironments.Strong experience in managing,mentoring, and empowering large, high-performingteams.Fluency in both English and German, withexcellent communication skills in bothlanguages.What we canoffer
