About the Role

This fast-paced position focuses on business development through exceptional service and support for both new and existing customers. As an International Sales Manager, your expertise in professional selling will drive consistent achievement of sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase sales revenue by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
• Proactively target and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with regular travel.
• Collaborate closely with the International Back Office team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

About You

You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record in international sales and account management. Your dedication to hunting and growing sales aligns perfectly with our goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in Automotive, Hardware, or Industrial sectors.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and strengthen relationships.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks.
• Background knowledge in relevant industries is advantageous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick thinker capable of handling objections effectively.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel for longer periods of time.
• Ability to speak many European languages.
