Tasks
About The Position
As our Founders Associate (Operations & Compliance) you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team by identifying and automating manual tasks across the organization. Your focus will be on improving operational efficiency ensuring compliance with regulations and simplifying workflows to create a more streamlined automated and scalable operation. You will act as the key support person for managing critical operational (and compliance) tasks ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
Responsibilites :
Identify manual processes within operations and compliance and drive their automation (ideally using AI tools and scripted solutions)Assist in the of recurring HR tasks such as onboarding / offboarding payroll and insurance administration.Support the implementation and (re)certification of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) including ISO 27001 and liaise with customer requests and the coordination with external consultants.Assist with the implementation of new business operations tools and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.Manage compliancerelated documentation and assist in coordinating external consultants for ISMS and data protection efforts.Support the leadership team with ad hoc tasks and operational coordination.Requirements
About You
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Fluent in both German and English .Experience with business operations compliance processes or HR tasks is a plus.Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problemsolving and process optimization .Big plus : Familiarity with legal terminology is a strong asset; background in law or paralegal work is a plus.Big plus : Algorithmical thinking strong IT skills with expertise in using SaaS tools automation scripting and working with AI tools.Benefits
