SciNova are exclusively partnered with an international Class III implantable Medical Device organisation who have pioneered an innovative and sustainable bio-mesh product used for soft tissue surgical procedures. Our client is searching for an experienced sales professional to gain customer and product adoption at hospitals across Southern Germany. You will have a strong understand of physiology and the human anatomy, as well as experience in networking with surgeons and senior healthcare professionals.
Role responsibilities :
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Southern Germany targeting hospitals and specialist surgical centres.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL's including surgeons (main target) nurses and hospital administrators.
- Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and work with the marketing team to best position my clients product portfolio.
Role requirements :
Studied or trained to be a nurse / Krankenpfleger with OR experience would be highly desirable.Experienced in hunting and winning new business by implementing tailored business development strategies.Experienced selling surgical products (implantable devices seen as advantageous).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when holding discussing with surgeons.Ability to travel throughout Southern Germany.Fluent German and English.What my client offers :
