An international fast-growing telehealth company, present in 5 countries wants to expand operations to Germany and is looking for a Head of Product to oversee their main 4 work lines.
As a Head of Product, you will be in charge of leading an international team of Senior Product Managers, always taking ownership of the product and having a vision towards the future.
This position will lead one of their E2E work streams encompassing mobile, web, and backend.
Responsibilities
- Shape the vision of our product and manage the roadmap, be able to prioritize certain tasks
- Use insights from both quantitative and qualitative in-house research to constantly evaluate how our product solves the problems of our users
- Find the best solutions for our customers by combining customer, market, and strategic requirements ( SDLC, PII)
- Manage data analysis, test new features, and report on the products to drive change and increase user retention
- Manage releases for Android and iOS platform
- Work with other stakeholders to ensure that the desired economic and operational KPIs are defined and met
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS startups or similar environments (Medical, Digital health, Healthtech experience is required)
- 3 years proven experience as Head of Product, or similar role.
- Management of the entire product lifecycle
- Strong analytical, communication, strategic, and coordinating skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- BSc / BA in Computer Science, BEng in Engineering or related field
