- Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong plus for senior roles.
- Align business development initiatives with P2G growth priorities and long-term objectives; ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- Understand emerging trends and competitive dynamics in growing markets and target sectors.
- Develop and expand trust-based partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive measurable outcomes in revenue growth, market share and customer engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and rapid validation.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Convey ideas clearly and effectively across all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.
- Such as a willingness to travel % of the time.
