In SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPPORT , we see ourselves as an internal service provider and maintain a professional and transparent relationship with our internal and external partners. We are responsible for the areas of Supplier Management, Quality & Field Training, Business Support and Commercial Planning.

We are looking for a Field Trainer Subcontracting Quality in the Vestas Central region as soon as possible. You will report direct to a Field Supervisor within Service Operations Support .

Your main tasks as Field Trainer Subcontracting Quality include :

  • Training on the job & upskilling of external technician personnel
  • Support the Quality Field Supervisor performing turbine checks
  • Support the service NC responsible by investigating quality issues
  • creating training material for special needs of the subcontractor development
  • Help to align, gather, and implement lessons learned across the subcontracting department
  • Driving, innovating, and implementing the "field trainer" concept in collaboration with Field Supervisors & Training Team to further the development of external resources

Qualifications :

  • electrical degree or Vestas EFfbA
  • 3+ years' experience in maintaining and troubleshooting of Vestas turbines (Level 4.1 or 9 technician)
  • Proficiency in German, ability to communicate in spoken and written English (Polish would be a plus)
  • Confident Microsoft Office user
  • Driver license
  • Readiness to travel

  • Good communication skills in English, additional language like polish would be a plus
