StellenbeschreibungOverall responsibility for the management & development of quality management at the site Professional & disciplinary leadership of departments in the area and strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas Actively shaping an efficient & structured work environment to ensure the highest production quality Main contact for quality management topics both internally (colleagues, management) and externally (authorities, company-wide) Ensuring regulatory compliance within the company (including the creation / review of GxP-relevant documents, handling deviations, CAPAs & change controls) Accompanying audits and inspections Creating key figures & further development of the QU key figure system Budget planning & control Successfully completed university degree At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in a QM system, ideally in a production environment with high regulatory requirements in a medium-sized industrial company Extensive & proven leadership experience Fluent German and English skills Entrepreneurial, cross-departmental & process-oriented thinking personality with high social competence Analytical & solution-oriented approach Excellent communication skills at all hierarchy levels
