Job Title : Testing Migration Expert

Location : Frankfurt, Germany (3-4 days per week onsite)

Type : Contract

Rate : 300-350 euros per day all-inclusive rate (non negotiable)

Duration : 6+ months

Start date : ASAP

Language : Minimum B2 German, Fluent English

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage, coordinate, and contribute to the definition of testing campaigns, migration, and readiness strategies.
  • Support implementation and coordination of operational governance processes during scheduled test phases and production migrations.
  • Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance Excel and VBA tools used for incident management, production problems, and release defects.
  • Prepare service transition plans, monitor service transition status reports, and review release notes ahead of scheduled deployments.
  • Develop and present post-testing and deployment metrics in collaboration with service providers.
  • Support the creation of change notifications, business process models, and process descriptions.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3-4 years of experience managing testing campaigns, migrations, and readiness strategies.
  • Experience with Eurosystem financial market infrastructures (e.g., TARGET Services).
  • Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with the European Commission’s Project Management Methodology.
  • Proven experience in secretariat roles and managing cross-functional operational governance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Python; experience with JIRA is an asset.

  • Experience managing complex operational governance processes.
  • Knowledge of service transition, change, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
