Change Manager
We are looking for a
Change Manager (m / f / d)
for our ERP-implementation project, based in Munich
Your Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the specific needs of the ERP project
- Analyze the impacts of planned changes on different departments and processes and develop a communication strategy for the adoption of new system and processes
- Design and conduct information and training programs for all stakeholders and users of the new ERP system
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that change management requirements are integrated into the overall project plan
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change management measures, adjusting strategies as needed
- Identify change agents, champions, and advanced ERP users within the organization and closely collaborate with them to ensure successful adoption of the new system and processes
- Identify, analyze, and manage resistance to changes within the organization
- Develop and implement the best approach for adoption and training considering the organizational culture of our company
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Several years of experience leading change management initiatives, preferably in the context of ERP implementations
- Solid knowledge of project management methods and techniques
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and present it
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively across various hierarchical levels
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
