Product Owner (f / m / x) Healthcare IT Solutions

Your responsibilities

As Product Owner (f / m / x) in our Digital Lab Solutions division you will lead a product development team ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for our software solutions
  • Collect, analyse and prioritise requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure the development team has clearly prioritised tasks
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and progress, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and translation into software requirements
  • Coordinate the planning, development and release of new software versions, including conducting beta testing and gathering feedback
  • Work closely with QA team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the medical field
  • Support the creation of product documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Creatively promoting our products and services through written text

Your profile

  • Academic degree in bio- / medical technology with strong IT affinity or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in healthcare IT (e.g. in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, clinical decision support)
  • Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, including sound knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills (English fluent) to effectively interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good understanding of technical and business contexts
  • High degree of teamwork and willingness to cooperate in order to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams
  • Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning as role evolves with technological advancements and market changes
