Summary :
- You will manage strategic key accounts within the healthcare sector, build long-term partnerships, and develop tailored solutions along the patient care pathway. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as the face of Client in the market.
Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and medical specialists in the diabetes fieldFull revenue responsibility for assigned accounts and achievement of agreed sales targetsIdentify and acquire new strategic B2B customers while managing and expanding existing key accountsDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market shareConduct market analyses and monitor competition to identify trends and growth opportunitiesOrganize and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and training eventsCollaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management (matrix structure), and Customer Service to ensure optimal customer experienceExperience & Education :
Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable qualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the healthcare sector or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of diabetes-related products, services, and reimbursement systemsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional demeanorStrong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnershipsWillingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environmentFluency in German and good command of English (spoken and written)Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :
Solid understanding of the diabetes and chronic disease market landscapeProficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS OfficeStrong planning, analytical, and sales management skillsTeam-oriented mindset combined with self-motivation and excellent organizational abilitiesConfident communication with decision-makers at all levelsWillingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-changing market environmentFew Key skills :
Sales attitude, relationship building, Appetite in Pharma, Power BI experience (not a must)Reporting to Country Business Manager
