Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. This role is ideal for someone who speaks Dutch fluently (C1) and has strong communication skills in English (B2). A background in sales or marketing will be beneficial, as you will help manage customer relationships, resolve inquiries, and support sales and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide timely and effective support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Address and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, focusing on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Assist in the troubleshooting of product or service-related issues, ensuring a positive resolution.Sales and Marketing Support :Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide insights that can improve the customer experience and drive sales growth.
Support the promotion of new products or services through proactive customer engagement and marketing campaigns.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing feedback within the CRM system.Relationship Management :Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate, in alignment with sales targets and customer needs.Collaboration with Internal Teams :Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to share customer feedback and help improve products or services.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to best practices for customer service and internal processes.Reporting & Data Management :Monitor customer interactions and trends, providing regular reports to management.
Assist in tracking sales leads and marketing campaigns, offering insights based on customer interactions.Qualifications and Skills :
Language Proficiency :C1-level Dutch (spoken and written).
B2-level English (spoken and written).Sales / Marketing Experience :Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a customer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement strategies, and marketing campaigns.Customer Support Skills :Previous experience in a customer support, service, or account management role is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.Technical Skills :Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Soft Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
