Job Description

  • As a business analyst, you conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You develop and implement strategies to optimize these processes and align them with central departments.
  • Also, you will engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements. In addition, you ensure that these requirements are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • You will work with stakeholders to define and align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business objectives, ensuring that KPIs are measurable, relevant, and provide actionable insights.
  • Furthermore, you utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and present findings in a clear as well as concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Moreover, you design, develop, and maintain interactive as well as visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards. As part of our team, you ensure that reports are user-friendly and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • You work as part of an intercultural, agile team to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Last but not least, you will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis, data analytics as well as reporting. You continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Education : bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role; proven experience in business process analysis and improvement; experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum); proficiency in data modeling and business process modeling
  • Personality and Working Practice : you approach your work analytically and are always solution-oriented; your excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you a appreciated team member; you also enjoy working independently on topics, know how to organize yourself and keep an eye on the timeline
  • Languages : good in German and English
