We are recruiting for our client – a global technology company that provides modern enterprise solutions, helping organizations manage their human resources and financial processes. Known for its innovative approach, dynamic work environment, and culture based on collaboration, flexibility, and a positive atmosphere, this company is looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to drive its presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies, focusing primarily on LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to DACH audiences.
• Curate content that reflects regional trends, cultural nuances, and the company’s tone of voice.
• Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure a consistent content pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Sales teams to develop content ideas and campaign strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies for content creation, publishing, and analytics.
• Analyze performance metrics and create reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for social media content creation and campaign planning.
• Promote employee advocacy by encouraging team members to engage with social media content.
