WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Partner with product teams in preparing and assessing new product initiatives ensuring Compliance issues are identified and addressed during the product design process
• Advise on relevant regulatory requirements including MiFID II/MiFIR MAR/MAD MiCAR PSD II SRD II EMIR and AML ensuring compliance considerations are embedded early on
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding product compliance
• Provide advice on marketing standards new campaigns and general marketing approaches for both new and existing products
• Work closely with other departments in particular Risk Legal Finance and People to deliver aligned and consistent input to the product teams.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Successfully completed studies in economics law or business law or comparable studies
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements and/or
• Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR WpHG MaComp MaRisk MaDepot MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks
• English is essential; German is highly preferred. Other European languages are beneficial with Spanish considered a plus.
