You can look forward to
- Contributing to the harmonisation of Group-wide rewards & reporting structures
- Running data analyses in order to design competitive compensation ranges, structures and schemes in line with the market and thus promote sustainable corporate development
- Statistical evaluation of compensation data using modern analysis tools and statistical software
- Preparing reports and developing global key figures and their definitions
- Participating in international benchmark studies on total rewards
- Supporting the implementation, communication and administration of guidelines, programmes and processes to foster total rewards
You come equipped with
Completed studies in economics, business administration, social sciences or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in human resources with a similar field of responsibilityAbility to independently analyse an existing database and prepare the data processingConfident handling of Excel and common statistical software, ideally experience with SuccessFactorsBusiness fluent in English and conversational German language skillsAffinity for numbers and analytical skills with attention to detailDon't meet all the requirements?
