As the IT Enterprise Architect you are responsible for the whole SWISS KRONO Group's overall software architecture, designing and for implementing IT solutions and services, collaborating with partners and suppliers, and driving key IT initiatives. The primary aim is to construct a unified, flexible, and scalable IT architecture framework using industry best practices and standards, ensuring a cohesive view and a standardized setup of the IT architecture throughout our organization.

Your tasks :

Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of a company-wide software architecture based on the current IT landscape (SAP S / 4, SAP BTP, Microsoft, etc.) which is supplemented as required or, if necessary, replaced

Select systems and solutions that align with this architecture as well as with the business processes and objectives

Provide technological consulting for software development and product ownership, e.g. engage with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions

Adapt to evolving business needs and IT trends, ensuring the IT architecture remains scalable and efficient

Analyze IT trends and disruptions, assessing their potential impact on the enterprise’s IT landscape

Visualize and communicate the future state of the enterprise’s IT architecture to facilitate strategic planning

Support various IT project and product delivery models, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Communicate the value and role of IT architecture within the enterprise, promoting its benefits and services

Coach and mentor other IT- and software architects, product owners / managers, and business stakeholders to foster an understanding of IT architectural principles

Your profile :

Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of enterprise architecture, including business and IT principles, as well as processes. Ability to design and implement scalable, efficient IT systems and solutions.

Knowledge of IT ecosystems, especially proficiency in Spryker and Microsoft landscape (e.g. M365, Azure, Dynamics 365, ...), SAP (especially the current ecosystem like S / 4 HANA, FIORI, BTP, Analytics Cloud, etc.), Knowledge of modern Cloud Platforms and Cloud architecture including topics like micro service architecture, SOA, APIs, predictive analytics, etc.,

Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools (e.g. LeanIX), related graphical models, and frameworks

Awareness of existing, new, and emerging technologies and processing environments

Business Acumen :  Understanding business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management. Ability to align these with IT strategies and solutions

Information Management :  Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks

Consulting Skills :  Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications, engagement management, stakeholder management, and business development. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Language Skills : English and German language level C1 or higher
