The following challenges await you :
- Operate long-turning machines to produce medical micro-precision parts from various precious metal alloys.
- Inspect the manufactured components using a microscope (visual inspection), optical measuring devices (measurement), or mandrel tests for micro dimensions (up to 0.1 mm).
- Change tools and align them precisely in the µm range.
- You read the necessary CNC programs and make minor adjustments as instructed.
- As part of the team, you regularly and actively participate in team dialogues and contribute to projects for continuous improvement.
