Oracle APEX Developer – 6 Month Contract – Germany (Stuttgart) - Hybrid

An experienced Oracle APEX Developer is sought for an initial 6-month contract with a technology-driven organisation located in Germany on a hybrid basis. The business is focused on delivering secure and scalable applications to support high-impact enterprise and public sector projects. With an agile and collaborative working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative digital solutions with real-world value.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining modern, user-centric web applications using Oracle APEX, leveraging deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle—from data modelling and UX design to REST API integration and report generation.

To be considered for the role you must :

• Certified in; Oracle APEX Cloud Developer Professional / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI Professional / Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
• 5+ years of expert-level development with Oracle APEX framework
• Strong command of Oracle SQL and PL / SQL (5+ years)
• Advanced experience in JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and UX design
• Expertise in Oracle Analytics Publisher / BI Publisher
• Proficiency in data management and data modelling within Oracle
• Solid understanding of web services, including REST API, OAuth2, and SAML
• Deep knowledge of web application security best practices
• Hands-on experience with APEX Office Print (AOP) for advanced reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1)
