Responsibilities

As an intern on the German-speaking Desk for Structured Products in Frankfurt am Main, you will actively support our Global Markets Sales Team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the trading floor. You will get to know our product management, gain practical experience in investment banking and work with structured products and complex certificates across all asset classes.

We offer an internship for a period of ideally 6 months.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• As an intern, you will prepare presentations, pitches, factsheets, newsletters and performance analyses in German and English
• You will work very closely with the sales teams covering B2B/retail clients and institutional clients
• You will coordinate the tasks between the desks in Frankfurt am Main, Paris, Zurich and Geneva
• Automation projects, event and website management complete your field of activity

Profile required

Studies & experience:

• Very good academic performance in your economics or natural sciences studies
• Preferably, you are at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or already in your Master's degree program
• Ideally, you have prior experience in investment banking or management consulting

Language skills:

• German – C1
• English – C1

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• You are familiar with the basics of financial market theory
• You are proficient in MS Office and have excellent knowledge of German and English (knowledge of French is not required)
• You are a responsible, committed personality with very good analytical skills
• You have an efficient, precise and independent work style
• You have a very good financial understanding
