This is what we need you for

• You lead and inspire talent, including delivering clear and comprehensive creative briefs
• You collaborate closely with the product development team to merge creative vision with the product-strategy goals
• You brief and create compelling, outstanding visual assets, meeting deadlines, and budget requirements
• You support scouting visually outstanding games to enhance our product portfolio
• You moderate brainstorming sessions in the Games Team to foster playfully creativity and innovation

This is what you can score highly with

• You play! Deep knowledge of games and boardgames industry and have 2+ year of experience in a similar role
• Your creativity is high, paired with a strong sense of style and expertise in macro and micro trends
• You can clearly communicate and advocate for your creative vision to internal and external stakeholders
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (or comparable software) and have advanced knowledge of automation tools enabling you to deliver high-quality creative work and streamline workflows.
• Business fluency in English is one of your strengths, and German is a plus
