The team of experts providing analytical services to healthcare clients is looking for a great, long-term Senior Data Analyst.

You will join an international team of first-class professionals who are passionate about creating products that improve the quality of medical services.

As a Senior Data Analyst you will have to :

Build analytical pipelines and dashboards from idea to product;
Interact with business and explain results of your analysis;
Manage middle data analysts;
Provide ad-hoc research;
Help with development of internal analytical platform;
Be proactive and propose new ideas of analytical services.

Requirements :

At least 4 years of experience of working as a data analyst / Python developer;

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making;

Strong Python proficiency for data manipulation, analysis, and task automation. Beyond basic scripting, the candidate should have a grasp of object-oriented programming, including the ability to write classes, design and build modular, scalable solutions that extend beyond simple function writing;

SQL expertise, including the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance (indexing, query tuning), and understand schema design, normalization, and relational data models;

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams;

Excellent data visualization and presentation skills;

Experience with Google Cloud;

Experience with deployment of microservices;

Intermediate+ English (at least written communications);

Also if you have more engineering experience than in data analysis and you know what web frameworks (Restful API, Flask) is, we’d be happy to meet you!
