Contract manager for lease agreements (m/w/d)
About us Our client is a provider of care and living services, offering a variety of options to support individuals in need of assistance.
They are dedicated to ensuring a high standard of care and creating a comfortable environment for their residents. Tasks You are a primary point of contact between our client and the landlords of senior residences and kindergartens, as well as residential and commercial properties.
Develop strategies and processes to optimize contract and property management. Define goals and provide well-founded decision-making support for the management.
Prepare, execute, and follow-up of contract negotiations, handling them independently, and managing commercial leases and amendments.
Monitor contract compliance, including deadline management and contract extensions. Profile A degree in real estate management, law, business, economics, or a related field with a focus on construction and real estate, or an equivalent qualification.
Extensive hands-on experience in contract management. Ideally, you bring industry knowledge from the care market. You combine strategic market insight with construction industry expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
A practical, results-oriented approach to negotiations while maintaining focus on the company’s objectives. Your work style is defined by analytical thinking, a methodical approach, and a confident demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for evaluating the practical implications of contract drafting. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent German and conversational English are beneficial. We offer up 2 days of home office / week Secure, permanent position in a dynamic work environment.
