Responsibilities :

Independent processing of orders as well as processing of order confirmations and complaints in the ERP system

Ensuring the supply of raw materials, maintenance of safety and reorder points

Key figure-oriented supplier management to ensure service targets are met

Master data maintenance in SAP

Close cooperation with interface partners in production, logistics, technical department and development

Familiarization with Global Category Management and taking over categories with the aim of creating specific sourcing concepts per category for supplier selection and negotiating contracts, prices and conditions

Support of the production site in Germany as well as within the Global Category Management of all SurTec production sites

Qualifications :

Completed studies in the field of logistics, industrial engineering, business administration or similar

At least 2 years of professional experience

Experience in the administrative processing of orders

Very good SAP-MM and MS Office skills

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Independent and reliable work both on a national and international level

Enjoy working with colleagues across departments

Strong negotiating skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
