Your role

As an Android App Developer you will be responsible to further develop our Intralogistics Workers Android app. Collaborate with team members through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to help your team solve problems in a way that makes sense for Android users and our codebase. You will work directly with a team of skilled engineers and designers to build and manage the next generation of mobile applications at SYNAOS.

Your mission

  • You will further develop our Intralogistics Workers Android app in Kotlin
  • You are responsible for code reviews and testing of the app
  • You are responsible for writing unit tests
  • You are co-responsible for planning the REST interface between app and backend
  • You collaborate with our Designers using Figma
  • Exchange with the customer and occasional appointments on site

Your profile

  • You have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the development of modern Android concepts
  • You are very familiar with Kotlin and Java
  • You already have experience with Google Firebase, Android Jetpack library, Retrofit
  • Ideally, you already have experience with Docker, Kubernetes as well as CI / CD processes and GitLab
  • Working with GIT, JUnit4 and Figma is not new to you
  • You have a basic understanding of UI / UX and reactive programming
  • With your knowledge of TypeScript and basics in HTML and CSS / SASS, you gained experience in creating single-page applications. You have experience using SPA frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
  • Communication in German or English is no problem for you
  • Your analytical mindset, creativity and communication skills support you in your daily work
